Feedier
by Feedier • • Survey & Customer Feedback Software
Feedier is a customer intelligence platform with native NPS, CSAT and CES surveys, analysing feedback for multi-site groups, sold by quote with a delivery team.
Feedier gathers what customers say across surveys, online reviews, support tickets and social channels, then turns it into analysis a head office can act on. It is built for organisations with many sites, brands or countries, where feedback is spread across many separate tools. Feedier Technologies, an independent company in Lille, has made it since 2020. Since Feedier 4.0, the platform puts AI analysis at the centre and keeps surveys as a native part of the platform. Native NPS, CSAT and CES questionnaires use conditional logic to adapt each question to earlier answers. Campaigns go out by email and SMS with reminders, or through a web widget targeted by page and exit intent. A multilingual editor with AI translation opens each survey in the respondent's language, and White Label mode serves it on the customer's own domain. Agent-based topic detection, aspect-level sentiment and weak-signal identification then read the open text from every connected source. Alerts, automations and closed-loop workflows send email digests, Microsoft Teams notifications, Salesforce actions or webhooks when feedback needs a response. The platform suits customer experience and insight leaders in groups that run several brands, countries or business units. Operations heads use it to compare sites and markets from one view rather than from separate reports. Each account comes with a delivery team: a project lead, steering committees and strategic reviews that turn findings into decisions. That model suits groups that want experts beside them when they read their feedback. A typical programme starts by connecting the sources a group already has, such as Trustpilot and Google Reviews ratings, Zendesk tickets and Salesforce or HubSpot records. Teams with survey results in Medallia or Qualtrics can connect those results as well. Analysts then trace which topics put revenue at risk in each country and how perception compares with competitors. Findings travel to leadership through Power BI reports and to managers through Slack or Teams. The job ends when a local manager follows up with the customer behind a low score and the closed-loop workflow records it.
