Everstage is sales commission software for RevOps and finance teams, with CPQ quoting and quota planning modules, priced per payee by custom quote.

Everstage calculates sales commissions from live CRM and billing data, replacing the spreadsheets that RevOps teams rebuild at the close of every period. It is built and sold by Everstage Inc., which has headquarters in New York and in Chennai, India. The platform runs as three connected modules: Incentives for commissions, CPQ for quoting and Planning for quotas and territories. With CPQ and Incentives together, a deal moves from quote to commission inside one system. Incentives is built around a drag-and-drop plan builder that sets up accelerators, SPIFs, split credits, draws and clawbacks without code. Time Machine runs a proposed plan against historical performance to estimate what it will cost. Reps follow attainment and earnings in real time, and Crystal Commissions forecasts their payout from open pipeline. Earning statements trace each amount back to its plan component, and questions are raised and resolved in the app. Payouts pass through multi-stage approvals, plan documents go out for signature, and every edit is logged. CPQ adds AI quote creation, approvals triggered by discount rules and digital sales rooms. Planning, an add-on to Incentives, covers territory assignment, quota rollouts, capacity planning and scenario modeling. Everstage is aimed at RevOps and sales compensation teams that want to own plan changes instead of raising tickets with IT or consultants. Finance and FP&A teams get one audit trail from plan to payout, and the ASC 606 add-on capitalizes and amortizes commission expense. Sales leaders and reps use it to see what a deal will pay before it closes. It fits companies whose plans are complex and change often, especially those leaving spreadsheets or a legacy incentive tool. Each customer is quoted by the number of payees on an annual subscription, after a demo and a proof of concept built on the buyer's real plan. A typical cycle starts when closed deals and invoices arrive from Salesforce or HubSpot and from billing systems such as Stripe or NetSuite. Everstage applies the plan rules, routes the payout run for approval and passes approved commissions to payroll in ADP Workforce Now. Alerts reach Slack, Microsoft Teams or Gmail through the Connectivity Package add-on. Between periods, RevOps uses Planning to reset territories and quotas, and those plans then drive the next quarter's payouts.
