Epom DSP is a demand-side platform for agencies, ad networks and advertisers, run self-serve or as a white-label DSP under the buyer's own brand and domain.
Epom DSP bids on ad impressions across web, in-app and CTV inventory in real time, so a buyer can run programmatic campaigns without building a bidder. It comes from Epom, the Kyiv ad tech company that also makes Epom Ad Server. The DSP has its own sign-up, its own app and its own help center, separate from the ad server. One account covers three ways to run it: self-serve, branded and white-label. The white-label form puts an agency's or a network's own logo, colors and domain on the platform. Campaigns are bought on CPC or CPM bidding and tuned with Bidding Rules, which pause creatives or change bid multipliers when set conditions are met. A bidding autopilot adjusts bids on its own. Supply arrives through SSP Endpoints, where each exchange connects by its OpenRTB version, and Private Marketplace Deals run beside open exchange buying. The Audience section builds retargeting segments from site pixels and adds Lotame data segments. Automatic Pixalate verification screens out bots and low-quality traffic. Bidstream storages export event data for analysis elsewhere, and the Analytics API returns campaign metrics broken down by hour. Advertisers and small agencies new to programmatic can open a self-serve account and pay as they go from a small deposit, with no upfront contract. Agencies that want a buying platform under their own name move to the branded or white-label tiers. Ad networks and arbitrage teams that need their own SSP integrations and raw bid data take the higher white-label plans, which add custom SSP setup, bidstream export and custom targeting. Agencies running the white-label version create accounts for each client and let those clients work inside a platform that carries the agency's brand. Mobile app advertisers send install and in-app events back from their measurement partner through postback settings, so campaigns can optimize on real conversions. Networks route bidstream data into their own warehouse and pull hourly reports by API into the dashboards their teams already use. Arbitrage teams buy traffic through the platform and set their own margin on what they resell.
