Epom Ad Server is a hosted ad server for publishers and ad networks running direct, newsletter and video campaigns, on flat monthly plans by impression volume.
Epom Ad Server picks the banner, video or native ad that fills each placement on a publisher's websites, apps and email newsletters, then counts every impression and click. Epom, an ad tech company with its office in Kyiv, builds it and sells it separately from its own DSP. The platform runs on Epom's servers, so a team signs in and starts trafficking instead of installing software. Ad networks use it to keep direct deals, programmatic demand and advertiser reporting in one account. Work is organised in two trees: Advertisers, holding campaigns and banners, and Publishers, holding sites, zones and placements. Each campaign carries a priority, a weight, flight dates, budgets and frequency capping, and targeting rules cover geography, device, browser and custom parameters. Banners can be images, HTML5 ZIP files, VAST video with quartile beacons, third-party tags or native ads returned as JSON through the Native API. An Email placement produces tags that paste into a newsletter, and daisy chaining, passback and OpenRTB banners hand unsold impressions to other demand. Server-side trackers, S2S postbacks, conversion pixels and scheduled saved reports cover measurement. The fit is strongest for ad networks and publishers that sell direct campaigns and want programmatic demand filling the gaps. Networks that resell inventory under their own name can add white-label branding, which swaps in their company name, logo and domain. Newsletter and video publishers find placement types built for their formats. Epom sells it on flat monthly plans sized by impression volume and traffic, with a discount for paying annually, a quoted top tier and a trial to start. Premium support, advanced analytics and the SSP module are extras arranged through sales. Typical jobs are selling sponsor slots in an email newsletter, serving pre-roll video and booking display campaigns across a network of sites. VAST tags feed video players built on JW Player or Google IMA. Header bidding works with Prebid.js and Google Ad Manager from the Header Bidding section. Developers reach campaigns, placements and reports through the REST API and the Analytics API, so an operator can build its own booking front end. For an ad network that wants a branded ad server without running servers of its own, that combination is the daily work.
