Document360 is knowledge base software for public help centers, internal docs and API references, with AI search. Pricing is quote only, no public tiers.
Document360 is knowledge base software for teams that publish documentation to their customers and to their own staff. It replaces scattered help articles, wiki pages and shared documents with one place to write, review and publish, and one searchable site readers can reach. The product is made and sold by Document360 Limited, a company inside the Kovai Group, and it is the only product that company sells under this name. The platform has two halves. The Knowledge Base Portal is where authors work, with a Markdown editor and an advanced WYSIWYG editor, a Category Manager for the article tree, revision history, reusable content blocks and variables, glossary and tag management, global find and replace, and a Custom Workflow Builder that moves drafts through review and approval. The Knowledge Base Site is what readers see, on the customer's own domain, with a Home Page Builder, a Smart Bar, SEO settings and translated language versions. Eddy AI adds conversational search that cites the articles it answers from, an AI Writing Agent inside the editor, a chatbot built on existing documentation and tickets, and an MCP server that opens a knowledge base to ChatGPT, Claude and Copilot. A Knowledge Base Assistant widget carries the same content inside a product, and the Platform API reads and writes articles from other systems. Document360 suits support teams trying to cut repeat tickets, technical writers maintaining a large article library, product teams shipping documentation with each release, and developers publishing API references. Operations and compliance groups use the same tools for standard operating procedures, with review reminders and approval states on every article. SSO, SCIM, role based access, IP restriction and audit logs, alongside SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001:2022 attestations, aim it at regulated and enterprise buyers. It is bought as one platform under a single login, and the price comes from a sales quote after a short questionnaire rather than from a published tier list. The everyday work is a public help center, a private internal base, a user manual, an API reference or an SOP library, often several at once as separate projects and workspaces. Teams arriving from Confluence, Zendesk, SharePoint, Microsoft Word or Google Docs import what they already have, then keep it current with scheduled publishing, duplicate content detection and broken link reports. Pro Analytics reports article views, reader feedback and failed searches, so writers can see which pages to fix next. Out of the box connectors link it to tools including Slack, Intercom, Zendesk, Salesforce and GitHub, and the Support Ticket Deflector offers matching articles before a reader opens a ticket.
