DocHub is a browser based PDF editor and electronic signature tool for people who need to change, fill and sign documents without installing an application. It opens a file in a browser tab, hands back a finished document, and accepts PDF, DOC, DOCX, RTF, PPT, PPTX, JPEG, PNG and TXT. airSlate acquired DocHub in July 2022 and runs it beside signNow and pdfFiller, and DocHub, LLC keeps its own site, its own plans and its own support. The editor changes text and images in place, adds annotations, drawings and stamps, and covers content with the whiteout tool. A field palette drops text, paragraph, checkbox, dropdown, image, attachment, signature, initials and date fields onto a page, turning a flat document into one a recipient can complete. Send for Signature routes a document to signers in a set order or all at once, with in-person signing on a shared device and bulk send for one document going to many people. Merge Files, File Divider and page reordering handle document structure, and the AI Assistant and DocHub Intelligence summarize a document, simplify its language and answer questions about it. DocHub suits individuals, freelancers and small teams whose document work is PDFs rather than long-form writing: contracts, agreements, applications, invoices and classroom worksheets. Teachers and students reach it through Google Classroom, and Google Workspace users open documents straight from Drive and Gmail. Organizations that need a business associate agreement for HIPAA, single sign-on, Organizations or Rooms take the Site License instead. It is bought per user as a monthly or yearly subscription, with a no-cost tier that stays available at the bottom and a quoted tier at the top. Work happens in a browser tab, on the iOS and Android apps, and inside the Google tools the document already lives in. Files open from and save back to Google Drive, Dropbox and OneDrive, arrive as Gmail attachments and go out to signers by email. Templates and folders hold the paperwork that repeats, while document password protection and secure storage cover documents once they are signed. DocHub keeps the whole loop, edit, fill, sign, send and file, inside the browser and the Google account where the document already sits.
