ClicData is a cloud business intelligence platform with its own data warehouse, for small and mid-size teams; owned by TeamSystem.
ClicData takes the spreadsheets, databases and cloud apps a company already runs and turns them into one set of figures that refreshes on its own and feeds every report. It was founded in Lille, France, in 2008 and has been owned by TeamSystem, the Italian business software group, since July 2025. ClicData keeps its own name and site, and the service runs on Microsoft Azure. Connectors pull data from applications, databases and files. The Data Loader app sends on-premise data out over HTTPS without changes to firewall rules. The Data Flow module filters, joins, cleans and splits tables in a visual pipeline, and DataScript runs Python or SQL where a pipeline falls short. Results land in ClicData's own data warehouse and data lake, refreshed on a schedule. Dashboards are built by dragging visualization widgets onto a canvas, and a separate builder lays out pixel-perfect, multi-page reports with page breaks and covers. The service suits small and mid-size teams that want storage, preparation and reporting from one vendor instead of a dashboard layer over a warehouse they already run. Analysts get a visual pipeline with a code fallback. Managers and clients receive finished dashboards and reports by email without building anything themselves. Companies with data residency rules can keep data on dedicated servers in a chosen country, or point ClicData at a data store of their own. Agencies can deliver dashboards to their clients under their own brand. One job it is hired for is a weekly sales report that combines deals from HubSpot, orders from SQL Server and targets kept in Excel, then emails a snapshot to the sales team. The AI Dashboard Builder drafts such a dashboard from a typed request, and ClicData MCP lets an outside AI assistant answer revenue or churn questions from the same tables. The Insights module adds pivots and heat maps for exploration, while the machine learning tools forecast sales, predict churn and flag anomalies. Teams already on Snowflake, BigQuery or Redshift import those tables on a schedule, so warehouse data and spreadsheet data meet in one report.
