Cassidy gives business teams one place to turn scattered company knowledge into AI agents that answer questions and workflows that finish routine work. The documents, call notes and records a team already keeps become the context every agent draws on, and answers come back with the exact source cited. Building an agent takes no code, so the people who know a process can automate it themselves. Cassidy, Inc., an independent Delaware corporation, builds the platform. The Knowledge Base syncs sources such as Google Drive and SharePoint into folders that agents search at run time. Agents start in the Create an Agent wizard, where the builder describes the task, picks a foundation model from OpenAI, Anthropic or Google and attaches knowledge. Workflows are assembled from action blocks on a canvas, from templates or with the Copilot. Admins set global instructions that apply to every agent and workflow in the workspace. Buying works by plan rather than by price list: a capped Starter plan lets a small team try it, the Business plan is sized to the company after a demo, and usage is counted in AI credits. Support teams use it to triage and route incoming tickets from Zendesk, and sales teams to answer deal questions from Salesforce or HubSpot records and call notes. Other common jobs are enriching CRM entries, preparing meeting briefs, drafting SEO articles in a set brand voice and finding internal answers across shared drives.
