BoldSign is Syncfusion's e-signature app for getting contracts and forms signed, billed per user, with a free plan and an API for embedded signing.

BoldSign gets contracts, forms and agreements signed online, so a team stops printing, scanning and chasing paper. Syncfusion, Inc., the North Carolina company behind BoldDesk, Bold BI and Bold Reports, builds and runs it under the name "BoldSign by Syncfusion". A sender uploads a document, places fields, adds signers and sends it. Each signer opens it in a browser or on a phone and signs, and every finished document carries an audit trail of IP addresses, timestamps and actions. Documents are built from reusable templates with signature, initials, text, checkbox, date and dropdown fields. Conditional fields appear only when a rule is met. A signing order runs signers in sequence or in parallel, while automatic reminders and expiration dates keep envelopes moving. Bulk Send turns one template into separate envelopes for a list of recipients, and Bulk Links publish one link that many people can open and sign. In-person signing hands a phone or tablet to the signer across the desk. Identity checks run from access codes and email or SMS codes to knowledge-based questions and a government ID with a selfie. Qualified electronic signatures come through a qualified trust service provider, and custom branding puts a company's logo, colors and domain on every email and signing page. Growth and Business are bought per user, Essential is a free plan for one person, and Premium is one flat plan with unlimited users. Business is the tier where envelopes stop being counted and where bulk sending, single sign-on and the Salesforce integration begin. Developers who want signing inside their own product use the BoldSign API, priced by envelope, with webhooks and SDKs for .NET, Java, PHP, Node.js and Python.
