Beam AI is a no-code AI agent builder that turns finance, HR and service procedures into self-learning agents, priced by monthly task volume.
Beam AI takes a team's written procedures, such as a long SOP for invoice matching, and turns them into agents that carry out the work. It is built and sold by Beam AI, an independent company that operates from Berlin and New York. The problem it addresses is back-office work that stays manual because rule-based automation breaks on exceptions. Its agents handle those exceptions, learn from each correction and pause for a person when a step needs a decision. Work is laid out as a Flow on a canvas, with each step's settings in a sidebar and its own model picked from several providers. Databases hold the documentation an agent recalls from, and custom integrations open direct API connections to proprietary systems beside the prebuilt connectors. Under multi-agent collaboration a coordinator agent can trigger others, and Consent required steps hold a task until someone approves it. Execution Logs trace every node, the Evaluation Framework scores outputs against set criteria, and Test mode runs a Flow on past task data before it is published. Node version history restores earlier configurations, while Webhook Triggers and the Agent Tasks API start agents from other systems. The platform suits operations leaders in finance, HR and customer service at large enterprises and scale-ups, and outsourcing providers that run high volumes of repeat tasks. Finance teams can start from the Financial Services AI Suite, with agents for invoice reconciliation, accounts receivable and debt collection, rather than a blank canvas. Buying follows usage: a small team can begin on the free tier and move to monthly plans sized by task volume, while larger programmes take a custom plan with solution engineers. Companies with strict data rules can deploy it with their existing cloud provider, in the EU or on-premises. Typical work is a queue of documents or requests that each need the same checks. An HR agent can create a new hire's record in Convenia and adjust a time-off balance once the request is approved. A new Gmail message can start a task, and a customer service agent can review a return request and wait for consent before involving logistics. Integrations with Slack and Microsoft Teams connect agents to the channels those teams already use, and access can run through Azure SSO. It fits back offices whose procedures are already written down and should now run themselves.
