Aviso
by Aviso • • Sales Forecasting & Revenue Operations Software
Aviso is sales forecasting and revenue operations software that sets an AI projection beside team calls, with deal inspection and call analysis, sold by quote.
Aviso gives sales leaders a forecast they can defend by placing an AI projection beside the numbers their reps and managers submit. It replaces the spreadsheet roll-up with one forecast screen fed by pipeline, history and activity from the CRM. Behind it is Aviso, Inc., a Redwood City company founded in 2012. The platform is also marketed as Aviso AI and is sold as a single product made of modules. Revenue Forecasting carries the roll-up, where commit and best case amounts flow up the team hierarchy and the AI projection sits against quota. Scenarios let a leader group deals into named buckets and test which ones make the number. Deal and Pipeline Inspection opens each opportunity with its stage history, contacts and Win score. The Deal Grid edits stages and close dates in bulk and writes them back to Salesforce. Deal Acceleration sends nudges about stuck deals and close dates that no longer match the stage. Conversation Intelligence scores buyer interest and sentiment on recorded calls. Sales Engagement and Manager Coaching extend the same data to outreach and rep reviews. The natural owners are chief revenue officers, revenue operations leads and frontline sales managers who run a forecast call every week. Organisations whose reporting lines differ from the CRM org chart benefit, because Aviso keeps a roll-up hierarchy of its own. Companies with usage-based revenue can add consumption forecasting to the bookings forecast. Every purchase starts with a form that asks for team size and ends in a tailored proposal, with onboarding and implementation handled by Aviso. For teams leaving Clari or Gong, Aviso offers to buy out an existing contract with another vendor. The weekly forecast call is the main job: managers read submitted numbers beside the AI projection, then open the deals behind any gap. Pipeline reviews run from the Deal Grid, and an edit made there is written back to the Salesforce opportunity. Emails and meetings arrive from Gmail or Outlook, while calls held on Zoom, Microsoft Teams or Webex feed Conversation Intelligence. Away from the desk, a manager checks the quarter and updates a commit in the Aviso mobile app.
