Advanced Ads is a WordPress ad management plugin for publishers placing, targeting and selling ads, with an open-source core and add-ons, owned by MonetizeMore.

Advanced Ads gives a WordPress publisher one place to decide which ad appears where, to which visitor and how often. Advanced Ads GmbH in Berlin builds the plugin, and MonetizeMore has owned it since a friendly acquisition in March 2023. The plugin was first released to the public in 2014. Ads from AdSense, Google Ad Manager and any other network run beside a site's own banners, all managed from the WordPress dashboard. The open-source core plugin accepts ad code as images, JavaScript, HTML, PHP or shortcodes. Advanced Ads Pro adds cache busting, lazy loading, the Geo Location visitor condition and Max. Ad Impressions for frequency capping. Pro also brings a REST API that returns ads as JSON and an ad server module for sites outside WordPress. The Tracking add-on keeps ad statistics, enforces ad limits and emails scheduled reports. Other add-ons cover Google Ad Manager key-value targeting, Selling Ads, AMP Ads, Sticky Ads, PopUp and Layer Ads and the Ad Slider. The plugin is for publishers whose sites run on WordPress and who manage their own ad inventory. Bloggers and small businesses use it to earn more from the ads they already carry. Professional publishers take the full set of add-ons to cut development time on ad setups. Large publishing companies and agencies run it across several sites at once. Apps and non-WordPress sites can draw ads from it through the REST API, as long as a WordPress install hosts them. A common job is placing AdSense or Google Ad Manager units across posts, then narrowing them by country, device or screen width. Publishers who sell space directly let advertisers buy placements through a WooCommerce checkout with PayPal, Stripe or invoices. Each advertiser then gets an account listing its purchases and links to its own ad statistics. Ad statistics can also flow into Google Analytics, next to the site's traffic data. For a WordPress publisher, Advanced Ads turns ad placement, targeting and direct sales into settings inside the site that earns the revenue.
