AdRoll is a digital advertising platform for ecommerce and retargeting advertisers, run on pay-as-you-go pricing with no minimum spend.
AdRoll is a digital advertising platform for ecommerce stores and other advertisers who run retargeting and brand awareness campaigns across the open web and connected TV from one dashboard. It is made by NextRoll, Inc. of San Francisco, which owns the AdRoll brand. The platform replaces a separate ad manager for each channel with one view of campaigns and results. Retargeting Campaigns and Brand Awareness Campaigns are delivered as Display Ads, Connected TV Ads, Video Ads, Native Ads and In-App Mobile Ads, bought through AdRoll's own AI-optimized bidding. Dynamic Ads turn a connected store's product feed into ads for previously viewed, recommended or popular products. Audiences come from Website Segments, Mobile App Segments and Ecommerce Store Segments, with AI Lookalike Targeting, Contextual Targeting and Third-Party Audience Targeting. The Ad Library holds uploaded creative so it can be added to future campaigns and Recipes. The Cross-channel attribution add-on compares platform-reported performance with deduplicated, pixel-tracked metrics and adds Pathways Analysis and Assisted Conversions Analysis. AdRoll fits ecommerce and retail marketers, direct-to-consumer brands and advertisers in hospitality, finance and nonprofit work, and it has a page for agencies. B2B teams use AdRoll ABM, formerly RollWorks, which became part of the AdRoll platform in August 2025. AdRoll is bought as Ads in self-service or with managed services, or as the Advanced Package on an annual commitment, and the Cross-channel attribution and Social ads add-ons extend it. Campaigns run across display, native, video, connected TV and mobile inventory, with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Pinterest campaigns available through the Social ads add-on. AdRoll connects to Shopify, WooCommerce, Wix and BigCommerce stores and to Klaviyo audiences. With the attribution add-on, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo, Salesforce, HubSpot and Google Analytics feed its reporting, alongside ads reporting from Amazon, Bing, Google Ads, LinkedIn, Snapchat and X. Typical jobs are winning back store visitors, building awareness on connected TV and seeing which channels assist a conversion.
