Awario is social listening software for brand and competitor monitoring across X, Reddit, YouTube, blogs, forums and news. TikTok is not a source.

Awario is social listening software that collects public mentions of a brand, a product or a competitor and puts them in one feed. It answers a plain question for marketing and PR teams: who is talking about us right now, and what are they saying. The product is built by TechFusion Ltd, a Cyprus company that trades as Awario and sells nothing else. It is independent, with no parent company named anywhere on its site. Monitoring starts with a topic, and each topic holds unlimited keywords written as a Boolean search with AND, OR and NOT operators. Awario watches X, Facebook, Instagram, Reddit, YouTube, Vimeo, blogs, forums, news sites and the wider web. A new alert can include historical data, so a topic created today still returns mentions published before it existed. Sentiment analysis marks each mention positive, negative or neutral, and share of voice measures a brand against named competitors. Alerts arrive by email or Slack, reports export as PDF or CSV, and the mentions API returns results filtered by language, country and reach. Awario suits small marketing, PR and social teams that want daily monitoring without an enterprise contract. Agencies use the white-label reports to send client-facing PDFs under their own branding. Social selling teams use it to surface buying-intent posts, and influencer marketers use the top-influencer view to find authors already talking about them. TikTok is not among the covered sources, so a team that tracks it needs a second tool alongside. Awario is bought as a flat subscription per account rather than per seat, billed monthly or annually, and the plan cards list every tier. Day to day the work is running topics, reading the feed and acting on what turns up. Replies are sent in the network where the mention was posted, since Awario does not answer a mention from inside the tool. Data leaves through CSV export, PDF and white-label reports, or the API, which feeds a warehouse, a dashboard or a weekly client deck. Alert delivery into Slack puts new mentions beside the channels a team already watches. Team members come with roles and permissions, so an agency and the staff working on its client topics share one Awario account.
