Justuno is a popup and on-site personalization platform built for ecommerce teams that need to turn anonymous traffic into email and SMS subscribers, recover shoppers before they abandon a cart or exit the site, and run conversion rate experiments without a developer. It is made by Justuno, an independent, self-funded company started in Fairfax, California, in 2011. The design canvas builds bars, slide-ins, full-screen overlays, embedded forms and a persistent teaser tab. Campaigns fire on exit intent, scroll depth, time on page, cart value, traffic source, country, language, device or new versus returning visitor status, with cart value and product targeting deciding who sees which offer. Spin to win and scratch-card gamification, multi-step frame-based forms, on-site surveys and quizzes and unique discount code generation are built in, and popup A/B and multivariate testing compares several variants at once. Captured contacts sync natively into Klaviyo, Mailchimp, HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, ActiveCampaign, Marketo, Postscript and Attentive. Product recommendation popups draw on eight recommendation algorithms on Shopify and BigCommerce installs, and the Spotlight add-on identifies anonymous visitors for retargeting. It is priced by monthly website visitors on a slider rather than by feature tier: Lite is the self-serve plan, Done-For-You, labeled Flex inside the app, adds Justuno's own team running ongoing strategy work with a dedicated account manager and a shared Slack channel, and Enterprise is custom-priced at the top. Each tier comes with a trial, Spotlight is a flat monthly add-on, and the plan cards list every tier. In daily use Justuno grows the email and SMS list with on-site popups, recovers exit-intent and cart-abandoning visitors, runs a gamified spin-to-win promotion, shows personalized product recommendations on a Shopify store, tests on-site offers and popup designs against each other and identifies anonymous visitors for retargeting. It hands every contact to the email or SMS platform and reads cart data from the store, so it sits beside Klaviyo or Mailchimp and the store platform rather than replacing them.
