Judge.me is a product review app for Shopify stores that collects star ratings, written reviews and photo and video content from customers after a purchase, then displays that content across the storefront. It is built for ecommerce product reviews rather than local-business reputation management. It is made and sold by Judge.me Ltd, an independent company based in London. Automatic review request emails go out after an order, with point of sale triggered requests for in-store purchases and QR code review requests for the counter or the parcel. Reviews are unlimited, for products and for the store, and photo and video review collection comes with them. A Q&A widget answers product questions on the page, and website review widgets, carousels, badges, grids and pop-ups, display the reviews wherever the store wants them, with review schema markup for Google Rich Snippets in search results. Private negative feedback capture keeps a bad experience off the page while the store fixes it, and spam and fake review filtering protects what is published. Review sentiment and theme insights and AI-drafted review summaries and replies save the reading, product review syndication pushes reviews to Google Shopping, TikTok Shop and Meta Shops, automatic social sharing posts them, and referrals and coupons reward the customers who write them. Existing reviews import from Amazon, Etsy, AliExpress, Walmart and the Shop app when a store migrates, Google Business Profile syncs in, and the dashboard benchmarks a store anonymously against the pool of Judge.me stores. Judge.me suits Shopify stores that want flat pricing with no order cap, new and scaling Shopify brands collecting their first reviews, and Shopify Plus merchants avoiding usage-based review app pricing. It is sold on a Free plan and the flat-priced Awesome plan, billed monthly with a trial, and the plan cards list both tiers. Two companion Shopify apps, Judge.me Email and the Ali Reviews Importer, are sold and installed separately. In daily use Judge.me collects reviews by email after every purchase, shows AI-summarized reviews on product pages, syndicates them to Google Shopping, TikTok Shop and Meta Shops, imports a store's existing reviews during a migration to Shopify and runs referral and coupon programs off review activity. SMS review requests run through a separate Shopify SMS app, so it sits beside the Shopify store and the store's email or SMS app rather than replacing them.
